Pancake day! My Saturday morning often begins with some sort of pancake, waffle or crepe- not the most healthy breakfast, but it certainly is yum (most of the time). Today I made my favourite breakfast- Crepes. You can literally put anything you want in it, and you can make it savoury or sweet. I have seen everything from mashed pumpkin to ice cream in a crepe. I like mine with banana and melted chocolate and dusted with icing sugar.
