Merry Christmas! I’m loving the holiday season and all the perfect opportunities for baking. Yay! I love to make cookies, especially holiday ones, and I stumbled upon so many of these m+m cookies while I was looking for new recipes to try
How to make chewy m&m cookies
The key to making super chewy m&m cookies is to leave them slightly undercooked. When you pull them out of the oven the edges should be starting to crisp up but the center should still be gooey- but don’t overcook them completly. If you really want cookie perfection you might want to do a trial first to see exactly how long it needs to cook for your oven.
It’s also super important that you do not flatten the dough before you put it in the oven. The dough should be ball shaped, otherwise your cookie may spread too far and be very thin and crisp. The larger the balls of dough are, the longer they will need to cook.
